We just completed the first 6 month service and the service team offered unprompted to cover the bill (so generous). I was reluctant to go to a new dealership but Bertera had a great deal on a CPO car at a great price. Jordan (Internet Sales) and Keith Goldsmith were very informative and answer All my many questions with patience and a complete knowledge of the car. The tariff situation got me a little anxious so I decided to buy a new used car after 10 years. I was never particularly fond of the narrative that you need a man to be taken seriously, so I went myself. This is where I met Rich. On our test drive, Rich and I talked about life. The real stuff. Kids, jobs, health, time passing quickly. I felt instantly comfortable. Rich said I was an incredible driver. Well not really, but I know he thought it! Smoothest ride ever.
